First Time Deep Cleaning
This covers all the tasks on our regular maintenance schedule. On our first visit we will spend more time focusing on “catch up” cleaning. This brings your home to a “maintenance level” and prepares it for regularly scheduled house cleaning. This is generally done by a team of two cleaners.
Before we can even begin to perform routine weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning on a home, there are usually a variety of “first-time” tasks which require extra attention on our first visit. Our first cleaning visit is more like a spring cleaning or what we call a First deep cleaning.
In fact, it’s not uncommon for our teams to spend from four to eight times longer on a first-time cleaning than it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits. While the situation in every home is unique and different, following are some examples of what we mean.
First Time Deep Cleaning service include:
- Kitchen: Our team will often start in this area of your home and will focus on your counters, cabinets, floors, back splashes, appliances, dishwasher, refrigerators, stove, oven exteriors, faucets, sinks, and more.
- Bathroom(s): As one of the dirtiest parts of the house, we give a lot of attention to the bathroom(s). While there, we clean basins, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, faucets, counters, mirrors, towel racks, cabinets, and floors.
- Bedroom(s): Your bedroom should be your sanctuary! Let our team make it look beautiful. When we visit, we will make your bed (or change sheets if you provide clean ones), clean tables, lamps, furniture, and more!
- Living Areas: In your living room, we will clean all furniture, vacuum / sweep, and dust.
